Problems with Amex

Hi,
After a serious accdient I lost my job while recovering. I have now got another role, and used CCCS to assist in prioritising my debts.
Amex have been the absolute worst at stalking and communication. I sent across my CCCS information and offer, but they have come back asking for what I would call information they don't need and or already have from CCCS.
They want proof of income which I don't have being self employed and with this month being my first month back in work.
I'm not sure how to progress this as I've already told them but it's made no difference?:mad:
