  • Oh and ps about where the child lives, doctors etc, we have decided I will get a rental in the same village, at the most half a mile from our house so there will be no change of doctors/schools etc. I just don't know what to say to the kids. Even though he is not the 'father' to my 2 sons he has treat them as his own the past 5 years, and they love him to bits, their 'real' dads haven't bothered with them in years, even though they know where we live and have been invited up to see them. Not even a xmas card or phone call! My sons have stopped asking about them. I really don't want them to go through a break up with someone they idolise. So I'm wondering if I should just tell the kids we are having a double life? Buying a new house but haven't sold the other? Any ideas?
