They sent some. I think if you were in quickly enough, you received the book, otherwise you were not so lucky sadly.0

My order online still says that, but I received the email earlier with the cancellation so don't be too hopeful

I got the disappointing email today too

Not that I really thought I'd get them but was worth a try! They aren't really going to send out free stock now are they? And as much as I wish I could still get it for free (would've saved buying an xmas prez this year) it isn't going to happen
I got one :j Totally free :j0 -
I also ordered and had mine cancelled today too, and I admit it was looking hopeful as others have had them sent out but it was not to be.
Some you win, some you lose but really you need to take it with a pinch of salt, after all they were selling instore for £3 a week or so ago so no real hardship for those who feel they missed out.
I think what zenseeker meant to say on a better day, you don't have any legal rights or entitlement, although I do not agree about the whole con thing but your not out of pocket except the few moments it took you to click through to checkout.Comping wishlist for 2017

My cancellation e-mail arrived this morning as well. I replied saying how disappointed I was that they had taken a month to let me know.
The Customer Care Manager gave me a code that would refund the cost above £3.00 if I re-ordered the book online.
Don't think I'll bother!!0 -
The issue here is that the email states they've cancelled the order due to a pricing error and yet they've still sent some orders out with that pricing error - if they send some they send them all - its not fair to send some peoples orders and not others - i've emailed themA home is not a home ..... without a dog

I agree with your point. Though still don't think it'd get anywhere, guess those who got lucky were lucky and those of us who weren't...
Let us know what their response is though, wonder what they'll say?0
