Not sure if anyone remembers my thread about swapping screens from a knackered Acer netbook to a good Acer netbook?

Well it worked and the good netbook now has the good working screen.

I've just deleted the partitions that were on it and created a new one that I'm trying to install a genuine copy of Windows 7 onto, via a usb external drive. (This particular netbook had an evaluation copy of Win 7 on it which obviously expired ages ago now.)

It all ran as it should, windows files were copied but it's on the second step 'Expanding Windows Files' and it's been sat at 0% for an age now. There are little indicator dots which are moving but nothing else is happening.

I can't say I paid much attention the last time I installed Windows onto anything but I'm sure it didn't sit at this step for this long.

Any ideas what could be stopping the process?

Edit: Ignore me...it's finally moving (albeit very slowly)
