Mis-sold ppi

in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Hi Can anyone advise me please on who to send the letter of complaint. I might be being a bit thick but do I send the letter to Blackhorse with whom I signed the credit agreement or to Pinnacle insurance who seem to be the provider of the ppi.

    You send it to the firm that sold it. If in doubt to whom that is, then send it to Black Horse. They will forward it on if its not them.
