I got a strange message which arrived in my junk mail folder recently, saying
eBay Unpaid Item Dispute #140046593148 - response required

    Dear member,

eBay member bpmedicalsupplies21 (1275****) has that they already paid for item #140046593148

Review the submitted details regarding the payment.

    Regards,
    eBay International AG
(the bit I put in blue was a link in the e-mail, which I didn't click).

As far as I am aware I have never dealt with that eBay member, and certainly did not sell or bid on the item (100 pairs of plastic forceps!)
