esa review

Hi, I was put in the esa work related group in July 2009 after passing the medical.

This morning I've just received another medical questionaire like the first one I filled out, does this mean I have to go through the whole process again? I'm really panicking as the process was too much for me last time, I really don't think I can go through all that again.

    The esa50 form?

yes you need to fill that in every time they send it to you.

If you can't cope with that, get some help filling it in, but also on that form mention you needed to get help.

They then will decide if you need a medical.
