Just like to thank ebuyer. I requested next day delivery for an item I had ordered but unfortunately due to City Link the delivery was a day late. One ring to ebuyer and the lady on the phone gave me a £10 refund which was all the delivery costs!

I've ordered hundreds of pounds worth of stuff from eBuyer and never had a problem. I've found CityLink to be one of the best and most reliable delivery companies aswell, so much better than DHelL0

Yep I agree, I have spent over £350 with them in the last two weeks alone, have had to return a faulty keyboard, no hassle, they sent the replacement next day and just told me to dispose of the faulty one. Their service just gets better and better at the moment - I wish more etailers would follow their lead - and you can actually get through to a human being on the phone.0
