Hiya Ben, I was getting the same thing for ages when using google chrome, flicked back to internet explorer and the coupon printed off instantly. So it might be worth trying a different browser. Hope this helps0 -

That could help, but it worked fine for me and I'm using chrome.
Also, if you wan to use IE quickly, install the IE tab extension for chrome.
