I think they were having problems with the website but I think its fixed now though it was very slow for me!

Do you get an option saying if this page has frozen? If you follow the instructions on that you should get an option to have a voucher posted.

When you click the link to print, while it is loading you get a square asking if this page has frozen for more than 45 seconds, you may be aren't getting this far?

Nah nothing happens, the last thing I see is and OK Dialog box with...

'Thank you. Your coupon(s) will start printing automatically in a few moments'
