Printer printing in orange

My printer has suddenly started printing in orange. It requested a change of cartride (it has 4) which I did. It has since asked for all cartrides to be changed but it's still printing in orange.

It's an Epson Office BX300F

Advice please.

Click start, click printers, right click the printer, click printing preferences, click maintenance, click nozzle check

If it does not print clearly showing each colour, click head cleaning

Thanks but I've tried that twice.

Have you checked you have the correct cartridge colours in the correct slots if they are seperate colour cartridges ?

I had a similar thing happen to me and found that one of the new cartridges was faulty/empty.

I find you often have to clean the heads about 10 times to clear the problem. (if head cleaning is the problem)

That's exactly what it was. Fixed now.
    Many thanks.
