Debt free without paying a penny?

I've been looking on the internet to find ways to reduce my credit card/loan debts. I came across this site...

getoutofdebtfree .org (I cant post links)

They say you can get out of debt without paying a single penny. Is this legal or possible? I'm very worried that following this method may cause more problems for my debt.

Given some of the statements there I'd steer well clear. It's a political sabotage site, not financial advice. Following it will cause the banks a lot of hassle but get you deeper in the mire.

Much like the 'Council tax is illegal' brigade.
