I am really rather annoyed with the total lack of customer service I have received from this company.

I booked through the Daily Mail a short break in France, which supposedly came with Ferry etc. However on receiving my email confirmation with codes for booking the ferry I found this wouldn't work and my booking ref was not recognised.

I have called them to be told by a very sulry member of staff that it was not their problem and to rinf Brittany ferries, I ring Brittany Ferries and speak to a much friendly member of staff who tells me the booking was made with break free and I should contact them.

So, I go back to Break Free who are about as much use as a chocolate teapot and again I am fobbed off.

I then try contacting them through their contact us page on the website - I get no reponse at all, so I email them, and get no response, I email again and again no reponse. So now I'm pretty peeved, so I post on their facebook page that I'm not a happy bunny, someone responses to tell me to email, I do ... and again I get no response.

I've checked my junk mail etc and I have received advertising emails from them and the confirmation so can only assume that they are simply ignoring me.

What can I do? Messages on the FB page are now also ignored - I'm amazed they havent deleted them to be honest as they are not the greatest ad for the company.

Anybody know if I can get a refund, any excitement at going has completely vanished and I'd rather just get my money back and be done with them. They have not kept their side of the offer as I cannot book a ferry at the price they advertised and if I go direct it is £250+ rather than the £100 quoted in all the Daily Mail advertising and the emailed info I received in my confirmation
