Will JL own brand fridge be OK ?

My fridge has packed up and what I'm after is a tall, free-standing fridge-only (no freezer bit). I've surfed around and really the John Lewis own brand one looks the best (there was a Hoover one elsewhere, cheaper, but I have vowed NEVER to have a Hoover product ever again after washing machne fiasco some years back). Does anyone know who makes JL own brand stuff ? I know there was a thread on here a while ago talking about who makes what, but has anyone got any up to date advice (or recommendations ?) Thank you.....

John Lewis own brand products are made by Zanussi/AEG. They will be reliable and come with a free 3 year guarentee.

Have they do away with the 5yr warrentiee? imo i would also go with the JL one.
