Those of you who have their window`s cleaned with the new (water fed pole) system!
Do you mind if the windows are left wet to dry on their own!
Or would you prefer the windows be left dry by the window cleaner!
I offer both trad cleaning and wfp,
I am about to offer the new water fed pole system cleaning!
But your windows will be left dry!
thanks! jamesy

Hi Jamesy,
My window cleaner switched to wfp about 2 years ago, when he did he asked me to see how my windows dried (streaks etc). He leaves them to dry on their own and they are fine.
The best thing is to get feedback from your own customers after a trial run.0 -
Do you add a little wetting agent* to the rinse?
If you do they should dry without problems unless it's very dusty.
The 'gunk' you get on windows after it's rained is usually atmospheric dust that the rain has picked up.
*e.g. a little detergent - a lot less than you'd use for cleaning. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
Yes sometimes they dry ok other times they don`t, wet day high wind can leave them spotting!
But the question was do customers prefer to have them left wet or would they prefer them to be left dry!0 -
Have you abandoned the mobile shop idea?If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I have had my windows done with the like thsi for almost 4 years now. I find occasionally the windows arent 100% clean but most of the time they are and always dry fine
They should dry fine if there are no impurities in the water in theory, its impurities that cause stains0 -
I just like them clean! Don't care how they get done! I'm sure your customers will let you know if they prefer you to dry them, but mine don't get polished off, and they are fine!0

my cleaner used the pole thing and to be honest,i sometimes think the windows look worse after they have been cleaned. He has now gone back to the ladder method which i prefer..0
