i have been given a ticket for
Before this I got a ticket before about not displaying the ticket
i sent them a letter with proof of my ticket
they have replied with:i have gotten the ticket for "exceeding the amount of time to enter and exit the car park before purchasing a valid pay and display ticket."
I think they mean that i waited in my car for about 30 mins before buying a ticket.

Does your council give you one of these?0

yh but is it breaking the "rules" to wait in the car park before buying a ticket cuz it says that i exceeded the "time for drivers to enter and exit the car park"
and im kind of worried0 -
It's a private company that has issued the ticket. It has as much legal strength as a piece of toilet paper.
Do not under any circumstances pay the ticket, write back to them tellin them to stop harrassing you and inform them you will not be paying the invoice.
Simply ignore them, they will not take any further action.[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.

Bit of a contradiction there isnt there ???
Advice with private tickets / invoices is to COMPLETELY ignore them, do not get into any correspondance with them full stop. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
Don't write it just encourages them. Simply ignore it and any subsequent letters you receive.0
