Delivery charges

Ok I have no problem with them if the item is too large to get in t he car but how many people can get a washing machine in the car................so why not give prices with this included or clearly show charge on the displays...............perhaps offer discount if you arrange to collect it.

Online stores................aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you spend hours days searching out best deals again why don;t they quote prices inc delivery as with many you cannot collect - miscos are based 5 miles from me yet the nearest collection point is in scotland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and my goodness how come every company charges so differently for delivering the same item.

ha ha ha I had the exact same problem with Misco's I won't buy from them anymore because the item turned up (after I was told I couldn't travel from Higham ferrers to go and pick it up in wellingborough) with a local post stamp on it anyway, so because of their lies (even though the product was good and arrived promptly) I won't deal with them!

  • I just don't get their game acept that they must be making money on the delivery charges (which is everyone on ebays trick and why I won't buy from there any more)

Reminds me when I ordered a computer component and was later emailed that they only deliver to mainland UK. My delivery address at the time was Durham!!! I phoned them up to ask why they wouldn't deliver it, they said the same as the email. I said County Durham was in England but they said according to their "system" County Durham is in Ireland. I assured them I knew which country I was in so they agreed to post it. What really annoyed me was I ordered something off them only a week previously at the same delivery address with no problems!! "Our system shows..." my @ss. They're just thickos.
