I may become a school termtime worker, i believe its 20 hrs over 39 weeks, so it averages 15.6 a week over the year.
its £120 a week butover the 39 weeks it averages £90.
I believe i can claim 0.4 hrs benefit a week, but were a couple and dss says we need £104 by law to live on, but mines would average only £90, advice plez.partner working at mo, but if she wasnt could i claim
also my boss says do you want £120 for 39 weeks plus 3 weeks hol pay or do you want £100 every week for 52 weeks.
now my partner works at mo fulltime we dont claim housing benefit, but if she lost job and we claimed housing benefit the council told me that i go to them every time in on a school hol (boss paying £120 over 39 weeks method)and report a nil income hence max housing, but if my boss pays £100 a week over 52 we would loose out as doing that way is ok when my partner is working and we dont claim, but if shes goes unemployed we would loose out, advice plz

Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )
