It has indeed been run without issues.
That said, she's only been in her current job for about 4 months, and of course that will be obvious for them to spot, so maybe giving it a couple of months before she tries that would be a good idea?

Yes, pretty much. They don't put much weight to these (as long as there are no defaults - if there is default it is different)/ These are your priority bills, they come before anything else as your survival is kind of dependent on them and so they are more interested in seeing how you manage your actual debt rather then just daily bills.
4 mths... hmm.. theoreticaly that is out of probationary period so it should be O.K., but I personally would wait until 6 mths is out..0
