  • Loads of sympathy for me then TNG:D :D:D

I had an operation on my oesophagus yesterday and I'm just recovering. I have to have a liquid diet for a week. I just made myself a nice pan of butternut squash soup for lunch but I can't eat it because it hurts too much as it goes down. It smells delicious too.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

    Hi Cat - Tea's early today - I haven't stopped for lunch yet:rolleyes:
Never mind, perhaps if I can have a cup of weak tea (or Earl Grey) and a slice of your 'delicious' virtual fruit cake I won't need to eat till this evening:beer:
Sorry to hear about the dog:mad: We have two persian blue cats who are, normally, perfectly house trained, but occasionally Max will decide that the bath looks like his litter tray:eek: - usually the first we know is when one of us goes to have a shower:mad: Pets eh? Bless 'em.

oooh christmas shopper and tng I just got a kitkat out the vender to go with my cup of tea (I deserve it after my horrid day! lol) and on the back of it it says "have you tried the straw?"
so instead of a penguin you use on finger of a kitkat to drink your tea, might try it but might get a few funny looks! lol:rotfl: :o
