Plots of land and properties in Poland??

Hi not sure if this is the right forum to write it on, but just thinking - money saving wise - loads of brits buy properties abroad as they are cheap, however spain, france etc prices have gone up making it not as attractive as it used to be, well still more attractive and affordable than UK,

however properties, and lands in Bulgaria Slovakia and Poland are proving very popular nowadays so am wondering if Brits are interested in properties in Poland for example? I have recently (last year)bought a lovely plot of land to build on (very popular location) - https://www.kolobrzeg.pl it is a lovely half an acre piece of land, about 2miles from Baltic sea, just outside a beautiful city, gorgeous in the summer and very popular outside, known for its healing (health resort, many hotels and sanatoriums etc), the cost of the land is about 15k (possinble fees for non Polish residents) at the moment and I am planning on buying a few and sell them on.. I easily got a planning permision to build a lovely villa (6bedrooms, double garage, 2 lounges, 4 bathrooms, 2kitchens) and about 25%of the work is already completed, I estimate that the total will be about 50-60k for sucha huge house...

so basically my question is - will Poland continue to get the attention it gets at the moment and will Brits be happy to invest for example in Poland, where not like in Spain you can actually go to a restaurant where not everyone is English and where they dont serve fish and chips or baked beans on toast lol?:rotfl:
