I agree with you that brokers do argue but I also agree with Mm that it is more often over different ways of solving a problem. I do understand your frustration and reasons for your outburst. My reply was not meant to cause offence to anyone. If I had known of your fathers illness I would have used different words when making light of it.
The brokers here do generally try and give good advice but it is not easy when there is someone who has no positive input to any thread constantly trying to upset the applecart with his pathetic interruptions. Every time a thread has a positive discussion up pops someone suffering from OCD and distracts us which then causes the thread to go off course.

MM this all started out because of him pointing out an inconsistency with your business model which I agreed with. I am not and never have been a playground bully and don't ever presume that you are cleverer than me or anyone else. It is like he says you have your little band of bully boys who stick up for you no matter what you say and you will never back down when in the wrong and being a woman you have to have the last word. Just like me

Can we now just drop this, it is pathetic and I have more important things to do.

This particular episode did start over a MANUFACTURED inconsinstency in that MM says she is fees free but on her website reserves the right to charge a fee. The word MAY is used on the site. By using the word MAY it indicates that she also MAY NOT charge a fee. This is not an inconsistency of a business model at all but has ben blown up out of all proportion.
Previous to that the same person had ripped apart my site and also accused me of touting for business without grounds when in fact I was supplying information to the OP. If he didnt like the way it was done he should have complained to the moderators and let them determine what was going on instead of perpetrating his lies on the threads. Many of his posts have been removed.
Then there was the attack on Shameless which is ongoing for not using the signature even though she is still not yet a mortgage adviser.
It is not surprising that those who have been attacked band together but it is not a case of being MMs bully boys. i have had several disagreements with her and quite often tried to calm her down.
I also have evidence from PMs from other brokers that his behaviour is nothing new and that they have suffered in the same way.
I challenge you to see how many posts that have been giving an OP rellevent help and information. You will then see that he has no purpose here other than trouble.
There have been many things said and written which have caused discord amongst brokers both old and new and all traceable back to him, yet his inconsistency never fails to amaze, since his failure to complain about Wardlaws PM to another site user that was published.
I do not wish to end up arguing with you or anyone else for that but while he is constantly sniping you will have these outbursts almost daily.
If people want this board to remain active and good for healthy debate we have to be aware of the real cancer amongst us. yes brokers will break rules from time to time but that can be sorted out without someone who doesnt belong here sticking his Oar in.

Thank you, I really appreciate you putting into words what I have not been able to get into words because I've been so wound up and upset. I agree,this disruption has got to stop, now, we've tried calling truces and being nice to him and last lasted less than 24 hours so that won't work so I can only agree with your thoughts.

Mr Helpful I really do hope that the use of the word cancer in your previous was not a personal attack,because MM knows that two years ago my wife had breast cancer and is now in remission from Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma ,because if it was I would be so very angry.

Enough kenshaz!!!! You know it's not.

I can normally see my way clear to supporting you when you try and stop obvious abuses of the code and purpose of these forums and I do think you have come in for some unfair abuse and uncalled for attempts to silence you, but really!

Be a bigger man. Give up goading them. Having a friendly dig at someone can be hilarious and you often make me chuckle as you are obviously more intelligent than some will give you credit for, but what has been going on for the last day or two is beyond the pale.

MM, Mr H - for god's sake take yourselves less seriously. People on the forum can have a go at my business model, website, post, advice or whatever at all they like. They are not my customers and I am not sure I will ever meet any of them.

You yourselves bring your own businesses and professions under scrutiny (as I do) by use of the signature and having web links in your profiles - do not get so shirty if someone passes comment. Like it or not, it will happen.

Reacting to him and ganging together with unstinting support for eachother against him is what prompts him to have a go!!! It's what he wants and enjoys, but that in itself does not make him stupid or a troll!

He loves the fact that you call for him to be banned and that there is no effect (and why should there be?). You accuse him of being the self appointed policeman of the forum but act in a very similar way - calling for someone to be PPR'd could also be accused of self appointment.

At the end of the day, you are all a bunch of pixels on a computer screen communicating by punching a keyboard. This is not the real world! Surely you all have more to your lives.

The lot of you are a bunch of nutters and are seriously begining to bore me as well as p1ss me off!
