Of course I apologise to Andys dad though I am not sure how I was meant to know he was suffering from this terrible disease and it was put after Andy posted a load of totally unnecessary foul language which I attempted to make light of.
A simple PM, letting me know I had caused offence would have been better as I would have amended the post straight away.

    Mr Helpful,

I thank you for, and accept your apology. You were, of course, not to know how sensitive an issue this would be to me however if you have read my previous threads from last year (and it is obvious that you have been around on the site for a while now) you would have spotted me posting about the issues and how this site is used by me as a way of getting away from all the worries and anguish it causes.

However, it is easily missed and, as I said, apology accepted of course.

My verbose outburst comes from being completely at the end of my tether at the way this site has deteriorated over the last 6 months and, far from being a place for the public to ask questions and get honest blunt answers, has become more and mopre a place for brokers to sling mud at each other and have pointless arguments.

I used to put a lot of time into helping people on this site, have written a couple of sticky posts which I was asked to do, and have always been completely honest and blunt so as not to patronise those asking questions by trying to offer the impossible.

It seems that, with the ever increasing number of new brokers joining (not directed at anyone, just an observation), it is more like bees round a honeypot as opposed to somewhere to act as a release from the hard and difficult working regeime to which we all have to adhere.

The vast majority of brokers using this site, you included Mr Helpful (when you are not making silly snipes at people) offer good honest and useful information and guidance to the posters, which is what the whole place is about. It is a great shame that recently it has been spoiled by an increasing number who see it as a 'cash cow' which has completly spoiled it for everyone and has led to, what I consider, the beginning of the end of the mortgage forums.

I therefore respectfully offer my apology to those who may have been offended by yesterday's very uncharacteristic outburst from myself. To those who know me they will realise just how ired I must have been by it all to go to that extreme.

It is sad when brokers argue amongst themselves, there are enough people out there ready to have a pop at us and the industry in general without us doing it ourselves. It also does nothing but drive away those who come here to ask for help and will discredit the integrity of the information and guidance given by those involved in the constant arguments.

The brokers do themselves argue, as they will admit.

I do know who the brokers are, having been on the site as long as, if not longer, than a fair few of them.

Correct, you generally find if two brokers disagree its on a technical point which usually creates an interesting debate which is healthy

It is only when people are singled out for constant attack, as I have now been several times by Kenshaz that this forum begins to deteriorate and people take sides

I am absolutely amazed at you thanking Kenshaz Kimbatty, you are well aware of the level of disruption he has caused in this forum in the past and now it seems you are feeding him more with your thanks and support - its almost as if you enjoy whats been going on. Were you a playground bully? I bet you were in the right gang weren;t you, the one that went round terrorising the clever ones

Anyway I've had enough of this forum, I've had enough of the personal attacks on me and my seedling business by Kenshaz, so Im no longer going to respond to any of his pathetic disruptive and unsubstantiated comments. I've got better things to do, like sit down with my new AR and help him fill in his Pink application forms.

Have a nice day you lot.

Right, I am about to do what my my mum used to do to seperate my sister and I.

Ken et al, you go and sit at that side of the room.

Mrh, MM, C&Q et al, you go and sit at the other.

Don't talk to eachother.... in fact DON'T LOOK AT EACHOTHER!

If I have to hear one more comment about who started it, no one will be going anywhere on Friday night. You'll all be staying in with me and your Dad playing scrabble.
Mr HelpWhereIcan teacher Sir . ''Mr Helpful and MM keep pulling funny faces and Cute and Shameless want to go to the toilet.

The nice Mr Homer_J was on playground duty and they where still naughty and I reported them to the head, but they said that they where not bovverred.

Mr Payless tried to help but they just shouted at him, they have a gang and they get loads of sweets from new kids.

Some of the other kids have tried to help, because it has been spoiling lessons, even the clever ones like Kimbatty have been shouted at.

I think that it all started when the new kids arrived ,they did not know the school rules, and they thought that they where on free school dinners.I told them that this school has rules ,but they told me to go away and that I was not the boss of them.

The trouble is that we are left alone in free time with no one looking after us ,Mr Payless who has been at the school for a long long time sometimes hears us making a noise and comes into the class-room ,but he is not the boss of them .

I get picked on more than Wardlaw and he is on an ASBO and has been warned by Mr Smith for selling mortgages in the playground and sending messages to childrens homes, asking them to be his friend, little Nelly Nightmare reported him.
