Returning sealed DVD's to Tesco's

Hello peeps,

Bought some DVD's from Tesco's yesterday, they are still sealed, will I be able to get my money back? I'm nor sure of their policy regarding returns of DVD's. Many thanks.

as long as they remain sealed and you have the recipt i doubt you'll have a problem!

Actually,
if you read the back of the receipt, dvd's are excluded from the money back guarantee, and even if sealed they dont have to refund or exchange.
We've had probs in the past but it really depends on who's on customer services and which store youre in.

I took a dvd back to tesco today they swopped it no problem but even better (i didn't have a receipt so it was for an exchange only)I chose 24 cans of carlsberg(9.98)3xdaz(on offer at £3.99)
The beer was a misprice so they refunded me £9.98
I got 3x50p daz vouchers aswell!!Well chuffed

i`ve returned literally hundreds of dvds to tescos (still sealed and with receipt) and never had any problem with a refund.

I got bought a dvd but didnt have a reciept as it was a present it was still sealed but they wouldnt change it as i had no guarantee it was bought from their store
