    Could not agree more. Why does it need to be assumed that the PWC is a greedy so and so when they decide to go via the CSA. It is clear that by going through the CSA, there is transparency and clarity for all involved, which the above post (NRP or NRPP) clearly sees the benefit from.

    NOTHING other then looking after our children, surely,both PWC and NRP want this.
