the father of a dear friend has died and his wish was for donations to the local air ambulance. my question is this

which is the best way to donate?

i am hazily aware of some tax relief thingy for the charity, but not sure how to go about donating anyway!

any help gratefully recieved

Usually there is a collection at the church as you go in.

What air ambulance is it? You might find them online and donate that way. If you're a taxpayer the charity can claim back 28% from the government via giftaid. I donated to Yorkshire Air Ambulance after Richard Hammond's crash. You just tick the box where it says you'd like to claim back giftaid. That's all you have to do.
