We have 15,000 pictures that are in multiple folders spanning the last 10 years. I want to resize them all (retaining the original image file) so that they are the correct dimension for our new iPhone's. Can someone please recommend a tool that will do the job?
I want to resize to the correct dimensions to save a massive amount of storage space on the iPhone's 16GB memory.
Thanks.

Check out IrfanView, it's got a great little batch processing routine. I've used it on many occasions.0

I've used FastStone Photo Resizer for years0
