Try nethouseprices.com or should that be .co.uk? Or upmystreet.com. These seem to be popular, but do appear to lag behind actual sales. Anyone know where you can get the most up-to-date info..?0

rightmove.co.uk log in to see sold prices by postcode0

I use rightmove.co.uk. You do need to register with them and they cover the period from 01 April 2000 to 30 September 2006 at the moment. They update it at the end of the month to include previous month - so, in the end of November you will be able to see the prices for October.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

You need to register for a free account and know the postcode of the area you are searching in to get the street names. They are currently doing up to 1st October 2006.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Are you sure about that - the prices may be updated every month, but the information for all these sites comes from the Land Registry who generally work around 3 months behind....
Is Rightmove's information based on Land Registry or their own skewed stats on property sales passing through their site... (trends in *asking* prices)? I find it hard to believe that they have data only 1 month old when nobody else has - but then again most of what Rightmove claim on their website is hard to swallow.
They currently claim 18 million visitors a month - that's roughly every privately owned home in the country then, and almost one third of the total UK population visiting Rightmove every month, if you believe them? Journalists just lap it up though, and it's great for share prices and flotations....0 -
I have gone on the our property one. Really easy to use. I have had my eye on a dream house way out of my price range. Looked it up on this website. It sold 2 years ago for 200K. Its on the market again for 850K:eek: Even if it has been tarted up what a profit if it sells!0
