  • i have got my BMs and MOH a large personalised wine glass each, they have each been decorated with different patterns-stars, lips, hearts- very girly and very snazzy and they were only £10 from ebay. I'm getting the FGs silver personalised star or heart shaped trinket boxes from ebay. PgBs are having 1/4 pint pewter tankards for gifts again ebay.

When I was 6 I got a silver adjustable bangle, I was still wearing it when I was 20... then the stretching I'd put it through weakened it and I've not worn it since, but I've kept it as I loved it. Then I showed it to the bride, 44 years after she'd been married, she picked it up, squeezed it and it snapped in half :(

I still love it though and plan to get it "fixed" one day.

    Something like this: http://www.tajarts.co.uk/product.php/549/medium_adjustable_silver_childrens_bangle

I am shopping for my girls like it's their b-day or Christmas. I'm not getting them matching gifts EXCEPT for those foldable shoes that come in a bag for when their heals are killing them.

One girl I bought a hand made box in India and a hand painted flower pot in Spain, both are very much her taste AND I only spent about 8 pounds total!! Score!
I saw the same boxes back in London selling for over 45 pounds each, I paid about 2 pounds. Insane.

Look in the sales to see if there is anything they would like.

    GL!

if you want to get something different but very pretty (and that they could wear on the day) have a look at some of the spoon bracelets on etsy

    http://www.etsy.com/search_results.php?search_query=spoon+bracelets&search_type=handmade

they range in price but are utterly fab, i've seen one or two i'd love myself and i'm thinking of getting one for my mum (one with flowers on) rather than getting a bunch of flowers for her as she'll probably be getting some of my flowers rather than leaving them in the hotel anyway.

my sister unfortunately thought they were weird (she's my bridesmaid) so i'll have to keep looking for a present for her but it's always something to consider.
  • What about getting them matching jewellery to wear on the day? Not only is it a nice thank you gesture but it will also really pull the look together for the day.

I'm getting my 3 grown up BM's all necklaces, same chains but different charms on them to suit their personalities. A bit boring & traditional, but they will like them-I hope!
