That's the strange thing - he says the whole thing was done under local - so why did they keep him in?
Maybe to give you some peace and quiet :D

(((hugs))) Kaz. I'm glad you now know what's up, and I'm sure you'll get the hang of it quickly.

Yesterday I managed to cook lots of pulses and make muesli during meetings as well as getting work done. This morning I have filled and set off the DW and been to the gym. Need to have a shower and then get some more logs in, empty and refill the DW and maybe put some washing on. Anything to keep me awake...

Hello flying ladies and gents,

Bit slow off the mark here again but I had a very bad nights sleep so rather than fretting about when I get up etc I am sleeping when I can and if that means until lunchtime fair enough. I am such a worrier I do not need to be focusing in on that too.

Mind you tomorrow I have to be in work for 930 for an appt with my counsellor.. terrified of going on site but I know I have to face my fears and I will no doubt feel fine afterwards. Baby steps in the right direction.

Been a good flylady so far.. de-cluttered a bowl of soup from the freezer... I must get a pen to write on things as even now after eating it I am not 100% sure if it was carrot or BNS, I think it was carrot. Oh well, its good for me either way (says a lot about my cooking eh).
Have also chased up a call I made about cavity wall insulation and loft insulation at the beginning of the month and now have a surveyor booked for next Weds between 4-6. I need to get it done as this place is colllllllld.

Also cleaned out the fire, fetched in more coal and done a walk round mum n dads bringing in post, checking the farm is still there etc.

Listy wise...

Next after I have de-cluttered my coffee I am getting the hoover out and giving this ole' bungalow a good going over. After cleaning the litter tray and emptying the bins. I have scraps of paper in the hall from the wall finalising yesterday and ashes spilt around the fire grate which will hoover up nicely.

Then I might go have a listen to one of my self hypnosis mp3s and try to relax for tomorrow.

Okies.. Love, Hugs and Spoons all round

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

• Hi everyone....not much flying done this week. Managed to tidy the hall and make a start on the lounge. Also changed both girls bed a few times due to accidents at night.

But I've got a few jobs done today that I've been meaning to do....paid a cheque in the bank and got some new ink cartridges for the printer so its now back up and running. Just off to MIL's for a coffee before the school run then a quick tea for the girls before DD1's swimming lesson.

DD2's bedroom is all finished and she's back in her own room now. Just need to stitch some heading tape on the curtains to convert them from tab top to pencil pleat. Unfortunately the walls are rubbish for drilling holes into so my plan for positioning the curtain pole higher didn't work. If we put the pole in the correct position lower down you can't open the built in wardrobe door. We'll have to go back to a track and pencil pleat then.

Kaz...shame that you've got something like diabetes...at least you know what it is now and its something controlable. Glad there's no daily injections for you!

Helenjelly...thinking of you all still. Hope your Dad's ok today (as he can be).

Really must do some flying later on but off for coffee now.

Well who wants the latest on the heating saga???? The men came today and said - why have you taken all the flooring up - there's no need. But we were told to we said, they said, well we can put the boiler in where the old one was. OMG. There then followed a strop by me and lots of swearing by DH. Off I go to B&Q to get new kitchen cupboards that had come down which we are now told didn't need to. I'd just got a nice B&Q man to get the cupboards off the shelf when DH phones - hold fire, there may be asbestos so they may need to put the boiler in the kitchen after all. So I apologise to the B&Q man and come home. We then wait for the big boss man to come - he manages to get round it so boiler is staying where it was. Phone up bloomin Government Heating Scheme people and lodge a complaint - DH has had to take laminate flooring up in our room, floorboards up in our room and we've taken down a double cupboard in Kitchen, none of the flooring or cupboard could be saved so its all been skipped Grrrrrrrrrrrr. Now have to wait 72 working hours for complaints department to get back to us about who is going to pay for all of this!! And there is all the time he has had to take off work [using up Annual Leave]. I'm bloomin mad, and soooooo cold - its tried to snow this morning. We'll have no heating tonight and no hot water so Mum has offered to have the kiddies tonight.

February WILL be different

Helen x

PS Love and hugs to all - sorry but with everything going on here I'm useless at remembering who needs a hug for what, sorry
