Clamped paid fine but need help on appeal

We parked in a car parking and paid 5 pounds for all day parking. The ticket stated it gave us until 13:30 today to park.

So we placed ticked on the window screen and off we went.


We returned to find the car clamped, because I failed to read the signs stating parking monday - friday 7am = 7pm

My point is that they gave use a ticket valid for parking but it shouldn't have, there where no barriers restricting access to the car park in none parking times.

So can any one assist on how I can appeal.

Sounds like entrapment. You will have to find who the landowner is and jointly sue both of them. If you sue the clamper they just ignore ccj's.
By the way, they(all clampers) will never allow an appeal, why would they let go of your money?

Also post this on pepipoo.com as they have a good track record with this sort of thing.
