This is terrible. Sounds like the problem with LLs losing limbs has not abated since it was raised by another poster equally charming as yourself. IIRC, the poor chap had laughed a leg of and was now unable to drive his Audi.

Surely the time has come for landlords to do a risk assessment on the maximum safe level of laughter before legs begin to detach themselves. I have had a look on LandlordZone, but can find no solutions to what seems to be a widespread problem.

If I were you, I would keep a selection of Lenny Henry routines on an iPod and play one at the first sign of loosening limbs. This may relieve the symptoms while you seek urgent medical assistance.

I will level with many of you good people and Sibley, not that i have not in my other posts, but here it is straight.
I really need prices to fall for my own well being and quality of life that i have set myself. Unlike Sibley i am being honest, i admit that if things do not go my way it will be a blow.

But don't get me wrong, i sleep well every night and never get that monday morning feeling that many people get, that comes from hope for the future and a belief that in 2011 prices will head south. Before Sibley starts going on about "us" bears being wrong for so many years i would like to point out that i am quite new to the property price predicting game and i have already paid off one property.

So yes, renting is not ideal(not for me anyway), yes i am priced out, actually everything that Sibley gloats about when it comes to not owning a home has an element of truth. And should prices not start falling this year i think it will break a few people on sites such as this and many more. But should prices fall 20% or greater then all my dreams and more will come true, i wonder how Sibley will cope, or is he one of these bulls*****s that will gain either way, from his desperate attempt to convince us all is well i suspect he will loose everything if prices fall.

this is the height of irresponsibility, messing with other peoples lives. encouraging people to risk their lifes savings on what they imagine to be true.

I say different. do not put your life savings on the line on the basis of what these clowns proclaim here. dig a bit deeper and get a real understanding of what is going on. Given free range these fools will cause untold damage to the lives savings and thinking of decent people.(should they be dumb enough to listen) its over for you rampers, hence forth I'm gonna pick to bits every bit of rubbish you post on this forum. you can count on that. Every bit of cobblers you post I'm gonna be all over, I got the time. I'm gonna make you look like the fools you are. of that I can promise you.

For heaven's sake, all you wishful thinking HPC brigade have been wrongly forecasting a property crash for over 3 years now - and it STILL ain't happened! Prices are RISING and WILL rapidly soar this year. Accept it and get on with your lives.

Look mate!, i am one of these chaps who are hoping prices will drop 30% for my own selfish wants, i make know bones about it. But i am more than receptive to evidence that shows evidence to the contary, why would'nt i, i want to know see and know it as it is so i can make plans for the future.

When posters such as yours blurt out incorrect information you are doing your cause no favours at all, All the indicies are now showing a clear downward trend, any numpty can see that, so for you to contadict black and white facts just makes you look stupid and at worse a troll
