Neighbour has access to my back yard. Could this be a future problem?

Sorry if this isn’t quite the right place but here goes: I own a terraced commercial property. The property next door has a flat above and an extension that opens into my back yard. The one to the left of the red building has a doorway onto the street. The one you can see further to the right I think isn't the full width of the property so they have their own gate immediately next to the extension with the neighbours next to this and a wall inbetween.

I spoke to council planning today who were not really too helpful and suggested I contact a solicitor.
