apologies as I am not sure which section this should go in.
About 6 months ago I joined the birminghamhospital saturday fund through a promotion. I specifivcally asked a question at the time about contact lenses as I have 6 months supply at a time and pay for them on a monthly direct debit. The bhsf person checked and said yes i can claim (the percentage) back for this and was one of the main reasons I joined.
I have duly sent off my receipt but it came back asking for more info on what the receiot involves. I dont get solutions etc included and I get one aftercare check up per year. Has anyone made a claim for contact lenses in this fund and had any poblems?
