am looking at booking a weekend for my daughter and son in law (he is a Liverpool supporter) for some time this year to see a match at Anfield. As am the opposite side of the country, would need an overnight stay.
Though a lifelong Reds fan, he is not a member. Being clueless myself about the beautiful game, how do you go about obtaining tickets ? The club website is totally confusing ! It looks like thomas cook do weekends but they seem quite expensive for just 1 night + ticket ?? Are they the only ones who do it or are there any other reputable firms who do same ? Am not sure getting him a club Reds membership will enable him to get a ticket ??
Confused mother in law :rotfl:

tickets are treeated as first coem first served depending on the type you are..
ill explain if you are club members (which you arent) they woudl get the nod over those on thomas cook etc.
each group type is allocated a slot to buy tickets.
any tickets that are not bought go to a general sale (green status) , meaning anyone can buy from anywhere, no restrictions
