Is anyone else having an increasingly number of unpaid items in the last couple of years? I have so many unpaid items it's really winding me up! and those "Report an Unpaid Item" things don't really do anything....

The report an unpaid item should go through to the NPB process, if you go through the NPB process you get your FVFs back and a relisting credit. The buyer gets a NPB strike which remains on their account for good and may result in them getting suspended. Also if the buyer does not respond to the NPB process they lose the right to leave a feedback rating. Apart from bringing down a plague of frogs  I'm not sure what else the report and unpaid item button could do?

this really drives me bonkers, if peopel change their minds i cant see why they dont let you know. i give people 2 weeks until i file a nbp claim and then the 8 days before you can close it. ive had 20 so far, 15 have paid after getting the nbp dispute and the others never responded. ive still got 2 going, one guy keeps messaging me that hes gonna pay but its been a week and a half and the other woman keeps messaging that she paid and shes gonna get the cheque details but thats been 3 weeks now! arrrgh some people!:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0

Can't they still give you negative - but it just doesn't count towards your total?0 -

Maybe something a bit more obvious like the number of unpaid item strikes0
