Specsavers and disability - praise.

This may well be down to the individual optician rather than the chain as a whole, but I accompanied a woman with autism/severe learning disability to their first eye test today, and specsavers were brilliant.
Took plenty of time, explained the limitations of what they were able to check given the person's difficulty in understanding what was being asked of them and didn't mind in the slightest that the whole of the optics tray was rearranged for them in no particular order, and all their electric sockets were turned off. And didn't complain when their polo's got nicked!
Couldn't fault them.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
