  • I've only recently realised how much of a dragon i've become and i keep bursting into tears at the slightest thing. I've sat at work today feeling almost suicidal but I've decided today that i really should go to the doctor and demand they do more than just fob me off with pills that don't work. Just wanted to say thanks for letting me know i'm not alone.

Star Flower Oil has more of the active ingredient in EPO and really helps. Diet has also helped mine - regular protein rich meals/ snacks to keep blood sugar stable. And an understanding hubby ;)

many thanks for your replies. Have been to see my GP and i'm already on Anti-depressents so are possibly changing them. I've been sterlized, so don't really wanna take the pill, seems a bit pointless!

Have found some herbal 'well woman' supplements from Asda, and have started taking them, so fingers crossed!

Please be careful as some herbal remedies should not be taken with anti-depressants. Check with your GP or pharmacist to be on the safe side.
