Hi all,

Could you please inform me if there is such a thing as credit card protection insurance?

For instance, to protect against loss of job, etc.......is there a legitimate one which will cover the repayments?

Many thanks.

Yes - PPI - offered by all credit cards - give them a call if you want it, but it often doesn't represent great value.

I agree. Have a look at the MSE Loan Insurance page.
An increasing number of companies are beginning to sell standalone PPI policies, which can be used to protect any loans you've taken out much more cheaply than lenders' own insurance.
