Bluetooth Transfer Mobile - Laptop

I have a bluetooth enabled laptop & a Nokia 6680
I can bluetooth pics, MP3s etx from laptop to phone but not from phone to laptop
Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and both devices can see each other.
Can this be done and if so how

I seemed to have just had this problem on my pc.
What I do is right click on a file on my desktop eg media file. You then get taken to the file transfer wizard which gives you the option to send and receive.
I then send via mobile and receive the file no problem.0 -

Ive been messing about trying to do this all night !!
