Hi.......When i bought this pc it had Norman antivirus already installed on it. This wasn't noticed until I had to re-install my panda virus protection & it wasn't compatiable with Norman on my pc. I contacted Panda & they were able to tell me how to get rid of Norman (I did) and then install Panda (no probs). This week on the advice of Panda i was told to update it. Again i hit the same prob saying Norman was installed & so can't install new protection software. I've checked all pc & even used the softeware from Norman website to delete Norman, this came back to what i already knew Norman isn't on pc. Yet again I keep trying to install new protection & get same message " incompatibale software found on pc". I contacted Panda by e-mail yesterday & explained my prob but they've still not got back to me. I worried as I've got a full trial version of AVG only for another fortnight. Can anyone think I anything esle i can do.
Thanx in advance

Have you got AVG anti virus installed or just the anti spyware?"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Hi guys.
Well both Norton & Mcafee website have tools to help get rid of their products for good, so surely the 'Norman' website has something similar..
Does this help?

Is this for real? It sounds like a way to install spyware via people confusing it with nortons.0
