Date since last Delinquant?

I was checking my credit report last night and spotted that although I have no Defaults (yay) My creditcard have a "date since last delinquent" and a delinquent balance. Can anyone shed some light on what this means? (It was Equifax if tat helps)

An account is classed as delinquent when payments have not been maintained in accordance with the agreement. So, "date since last delinquent" will refer to the date the account was last in arrears.
