SBT + Trav Cheques + Cashback websites?

Has anyone used a cashback website when getting TC's to do a SBT?

I'm doing a SBT using a M&S credit card to purchase trav cheques at a cost of 1%

I can get 3.03% via topcashback at the moment for M&S...
