Penny - I think in this case the "wound" for some of us is too new as we've only just discovered that we've all been conned!! :D We do appreciate you posting though. :)

This is why some companies treat their customers like rubbish, because there will always be people who go back to use them.

£107 is a brilliant price!!! I paid just over £200 for my first one, and happily paid £119 for the second one. Yes I loved it so much, I bought another, and wouldn't hesitate again.

    £107? - go get it girl ;)

saw in the Tefal shop at mcarthur glen at York ...don't know about others ...

    1) Jamie Oliver 32 cm "breakfast pan" normal £52 for £17.99 .. that's one very pukka pan !!

    2) A tefal 32 cm round frying pan .. big display .. plain packaging .. quite a heavy ie good quality one ... £10.

Never use anything but Tefal .. both of these cracking value.

Noticed also they are selling the Actifry white for £107 ( same as currys) .
Thanks OP. I think these Tefal shops are a chain and they are online (cannot remember the name - and dont think its as obvious as tefal.com - it's another company name).:o

I always buy Tefal at shops like these and freecycle my old ones for campers and the like. :A

I really hope you mean 32cms, otherwise I'd love to see the size of your cooker! :rotfl:

Well she did say "Big display" !! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • I have lots of the Jamie Oliver Tefal pans. The non stick ones are a joke. I have the panini pan which is now discontinued, I wonder why!

1st one taken back to Debenhams for an exchange as the non stick started to peel aster a few weeks. Took extra special care with the second and still peeling. Tefal really did not want to know, said I would have to send back to them at my expense and basically told they would find it my fault it's peeling, if it's seen a dish washer not a hope.

Jamie makes me laugh, he is really rough with his non stick pans on the telly, using metal spoons, there is no way you can do this without damage, I expect his go straight in the bin after a show.
