Thanks katrinao for this post - a much needed win after the excesses of the festive season. I'm having a wee Burns night tonight and then I'm on the Slimming World wagon so hopefully they will help get me back on the straight and narrow(ish)!

Well done :T I have seen these on This Morning and apparently they go brown when you have used them which is said to be the toxins. They look good
