Hi All
I had a problem with my pc and to fix it bought RegCure for $19.95 downloaded it and fixed my problem! Great!
LESS THAN 2 HOURS LATER I got an email from RegCure who offered me THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT I HAD JUST BOUGHT from them, for $12.95
Needless to say I emailed them straight back saying what I thought of their offer and asking for the $7 I had apparently overpaid to be refunded.
Anyone got any thoughts on this? Is it legal? Or was it just bad timing on my part?
I will of course let you know of any reply I get from RegCure
Regards

Was it RegCure that detected the problem in the first place?
If so, I'd say you've been had. Registry cleaners are often peddled by various trojans as a means of making their affiliates money. They find all manner of problems on your machine and then demand payment before fixing them.0
