TV over the internet

Hi, I used to know a website that was excellent for showing all the TV channels online but i have forgotten what its called and a google search is finding lots with a lot of dodgy downloads required.
Does anyone know of a good internet TV site ?

If you go here http://wwitv.com/portal.htm you can watch hundreds of channels from around the world online from Afghanistan to Yemen including almost 400 from the USA.

If you download the free programme SPB to your mobile telephone you can watch 150 channels free on your phone. http://www.spb.com/pocketpc-software/tv/
