DVLA personal email contact required

has anyone got any idea of the standard email for someone at the DVLA

I have written to someone, but would like to follow it up by sending an email as well

have done a google search, all I get is the general email contact page

Sorry, I know the person I am writing to, have printed a letter today, but am afraid it will take for ever and a day for a response

hence I thought a personal email might speed it up

the letter is about claiming a refund for being charged for something, where the DVLA where originally at fault, hence I'm requesting a refund

I wonder how secure the Government Secure Intranet is!

Considering they are just Message Labs hosted email boxes.

Thanks seems to have done the trick, sent it late last night, so far I've not had a undeliverable reply, so lets wait and see if this changes come Monday

just to update you,

amazing what a difference an email can make

sent the email to 2 people within the DVLA Saturday night, earlier this afternoon, I got a phone call from DVLA regarding my"email"

end result I'm getting sorted a hell of a lot quicker then I would of done by sending my letter
