Hi My psychiatrist tried to refer me on to my gp but backed down after I said that they had already taken my cpn off me and now ,were trying to take any m/h/t input away.
Im sure he was still training as he asked daft questions like what kind of house I lived in and pretended to write the answers given.
My advice would be to put in writing the reasons why you need a cpn and what will happen if you are left without one. Keep a copy of the letter and send it to the head of chmt . Ask for a face to face meeting at your home as you are unable to go to them.
The team have a duty of care towards you and remind them of this.
Im also bi polar and without my o/h would fail to cope . How you are feeling I can only guess. Dont let them walk over you . Oh and try to get mind involved to advocate on your behalf.0
