help needed re billed but didnt subscribe

about four days ago a bill popped up on my p.c. its for 19.99 from something called mbs, its says its for my monthly subscription for a sex site (not guilty honest) it says my 3 day trial has expired and i now have to pay for the whole month, i have pressed the cancel button, and it says membership cancelled, but they still want paying, there is a way to contact them but it means giving my email address which i'm not sure if i should do, i tried to delete it but it comes back every time i switch on my pc, can anyone help please

posts 1 to 4, then if it still pops up then give us the name of the site it is referring to and post a hijackthis log like it tells you at the end of post 4

If that doesn't work, try deleting

c:\windows\system32\mbsreg.exe
c:\windows\system32\mbsmon32.exe

in safe mode, and use autoruns to disable them at startup
